Ritania Attipoe is a Jamaica-born clinician, leader, and advocate who blends compassionate care with evidence-informed practice. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Work at Alabama A&M University, building on her MSW (Savannah State University), BSW (Georgia State University), and Associate degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE).

With extensive experience in early childhood education, medical assisting, social work (case management), and counseling/therapy, Ritania brings a practical, whole-person lens to every session. She has supported individuals with disabilities, refugees, children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, and families—always centering dignity, empathy, and care.

As a passionate advocate for mental health equity, Ritania is committed to reducing disparities and expanding access through community engagement, education, and innovative programming.
